Our Story
The Selective Corporate Internship Program, also known as SCIP, is a national award-winning 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. In 1997, SCIP was founded by Miguel and Monica McClure Mancebo, who are both successful entrepreneurs and former Corporate HR Executives. Being well aware of the challenges faced by global young leaders, they developed a plan to train and connect high achieving students from multicultural
environments to prepare them for successful careers in the corporate world and to create thriving businesses.
